SPVS Congress 2024 call for submissions

SPVS has announced an open call for lecture and workshop submissions to their 2024 non-clinical congress

The Society for Practicing Veterinary Surgeons (SPVS) has announced an open call for lecture and workshop submissions to their non-clinical Congress in 2024.

The event will take place from 25 to 27 January 2024 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.

The key theme will be “Smarter Working” – achieving consistent incremental gains in all areas of practice life.

Session submissions should fit within one of the key strands of SPVS over-arching theme of “Thriving in Practice” (leadership skills, team dynamics, self-development, practice management and finance).

It should also highlight how the area of focus can be delivered through smarter working.

SPVS would like to hear from speakers from a wide variety of backgrounds – particularly those working in practice but also veterinary business specialists, academics and experts from outside the industry.

Anyone who would like to contribute should complete the following form by Friday 2 June 2023: SPVS Congress 2024 Session Submission Form.

Registration will open in the summer, but for anyone interested in attending Congress they can register their interest at via the website to be the first to hear about the event launch.
