Expand your knowledge with a BSAVA Postgraduate Certificate

Expand and enhance your diagnostic imaging techniques with the British Small Animal Veterinary Association’s Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging Postgraduate Certificate

Looking to build more confidence in radiology and ultrasonography? The British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging Postgraduate Certificate (PGCertSADI), offers you the chance to expand and enhance your understanding of imaging techniques, in a flexible, structured, and supportive programme of study.

The course is designed primarily towards veterinary surgeons working in small animal practice and those who have a particular interest in diagnostic imaging.

It will provide you with the knowledge and expertise to choose the most clinically relevant diagnostic imaging technique confidently and competently, and to accurately interpret images obtained with radiography and ultrasonography.

The Small Animal Diagnostic Imaging Postgraduate Certificate programme can be studied over a period of between three and five years, meaning it can be flexible around other commitments.

The certificates are validated by Nottingham Trent University and are relevant to small animal practice, with a combination of face-to-face courses and online learning enabling flexible study. It is also an approved qualification for the purposes of the RCVS Advanced Practitioner list, satisfying both the postgraduate qualification and the professional skills components.
