Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service has been crowned “Best UK Referral Centre” in the Best UK Vet Awards for the second year running.
The Linnaeus-owned Solihull small animal hospital scooped the prestigious prize after achieving the most top-rated reviews from clients over the past 12 months. Further glowing reviews saw Willows also land the title of “Best Vets in the West Midlands” to make it a deserved double triumph.
Willows’ Managing Director Toby Gemmill was full of praise for his team, saying: “I am incredibly proud that Willows has been recognised as Best Vets in the West Midlands 2022 and Best Referral Centre in the UK for the second year running. We pride ourselves on providing world-leading veterinary care and it wouldn’t be possible to maintain our high standards without our outstanding team of vets, nurses and support staff who are truly committed to excellence.
“All credit is due to our amazing team who have made this possible through their outstanding care for pets and their owners. I am so pleased to be part of such a skilled, compassionate and dedicated team, who also happen to be some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet.”
The Best UK Vet Awards reflect Willows’ dedication to customer service and outstanding care, based on a host of five and four-star reviews left by happy clients.
Over the last year, the veterinary experts running the awards, VetHelpDirect, have collated almost 16,000 reviews left on UK vet practice websites, to determine the destination of the awards. Susie Samuel, CEO of VetHelpDirect, said: “During a very challenging time for vets and pet owners, positive experiences and feedback have meant so much more to everyone involved. We are delighted to host these awards, which recognise the UK veterinary practices that have gone above and beyond over the last year.
“Local pet owners understand the value of word-of-mouth recommendations and genuine online reviews. When an owner visits a Best UK Vet award-winner, they should be reassured that their pets are in very safe hands.”
Willows offers specialist services in anaesthesia and analgesia, cardiology, clinical nutrition, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, emergency and critical care, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery and spinal surgery.
