Located in the town of Eagle Bridge, Infinity Pet Services was established in 2002. This new partnership with Infinity Pet Services will expand Regency Pet LLC’s New York presence as well as its delivery and leadership across the country, with providers in the Northeast, South, Central and Western United States.
“We are thrilled to expand our presence in upstate New York,” says Scott Buttz, president of Regency. “Stacy Baratto and her partner Christine Bryan have built a premium brand and our combined portfolio includes some of the most reputable pet crematories and cemeteries in the United States.
“Our new partnership with Infinity Pet Services has advanced our vision in becoming the nation’s leading pet aftercare services provider, known for bringing together the most highly respected family-owned businesses and supporting them with Regency’s focus on innovation and compassionate care consistently across the country.”
Stacy Baratto identified a need for a more personalized approach to pet cremation. Her vision included not only providing innovative ways to memorialize pets, but also a method of guaranteeing that individual cremains were properly returned to their owners. After only one year in business, it was apparent that Infinity was meeting a huge public need and was able to bring on several other family members to assist in the growing operation.
“We are all passionate animal lovers so that made it easy to provide excellent service to pet families in their time of need,” says Stacy. “Chris and I look forward to Regency carrying on our vision and mission to provide pet families with respectful, compassionate, and dignified pet loss services. We are also very happy that our caring and loving Infinity family will continue on as a part of the Regency team.”
Regency is a member of the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) and PLPA and many of its care centers are IAOPCC Certified.
Over the past 16 months, Regency has completed 23 acquisitions. The company now has a total of 43 locations nationwide committed to providing compassionate care for well over half a million families.
