PetsApp Pub Quiz promises chance to prove clinics are top-dog

Hosted by Simon Howard, the format will allow groups to team up from the safety of their individual homes

PetsApp is holding a free pub quiz for veterinary clinics – Tuesday 9 Feb (8pm) – with the opportunity to win an iPad for the team that comes out on top.

Time to flex those trivia muscles – the op-paw-tunity to prove you’re the top dog in veterinary has arrived. Hosted by Simon Howard – a virtual event expert and remote-gameshow host extraordinaire – the format will allow groups to team up from the safety of their individual homes.

“Inspired by our successful at-home event series – including a bake-along with GBBO star and vet Rosie Brandreth-Poynter – we wanted to do something a bit more competitive,” says Thom Jenkins (CEO, PetsApp). “After hosting a wickedly entertaining quiz for last year’s work Christmas Party, we knew we had to get Simon in to put the nation’s clinic’s through their paces.”

You’ll be tested on all the foundations that great pub quizzes are built on: sports, general knowledge, movies, music. It’s a great opportunity to hang out with new people outside of your home and workplace, and a way to distract yourself from those lockdown blues.
