New support pack to promote gut health in dogs

Pack contains a range of educational and promotional materials

With interest growing in the role of a healthy microbiome in sustaining overall health, Animalcare has launched a support pack for practices to help them promote the benefits of gut health in dogs. The creation of the pack follows the company’s 2020 launch of Procanicare, the UK’s first “for dog from dog” GI support product. The pack contains a range of educational and promotional materials including:

  • A social media toolkit
  • A pet keeper video
  • Client leaflets
  • Waiting room posters
  • Waiting room bunting
  • A bacterial GI support evidence document
  • A money-back guarantee on first purchase

Animalcare is also offering two free webinars for veterinary teams delivered by Dr Shea Beasley, Product Development Manager at Vetcare Ltd, who was involved in the development of Procanicare and Felicity Caddick, Senior Veterinary Manager at Animalcare. They are:

Delivering the benefits of three live strains of canine specific Lactobacillus bacteria, Procanicare is an ideal GI support product to maintain balance in the GI intestinal microbiome of dogs, particularly when dysbiosis is a risk.

Commenting, James Beaumont, Brand Manager, said: “Following Procanicare’s successful launch last year we have created the support pack to help vet teams educate clients about the importance of a healthy microbiome and to give them an incentive to try it.”

To claim your free support pack or to try Procanicare in your practice, contact your local Animalcare representative via email animalcare@animalcare.co.uk or telephone 01904 487687 or visit the dedicated website.
