IVC Evidensia announces first exclusive brand POM-V

IVC Evidensia announces the launch of its first exclusive brand POM-V product, MilbeVet

IVC Evidensia is excited to announce the launch of its first exclusive brand POM-V product, MilbeVet.

This own-brand cat and dog wormer is the result of IVC Evidensia working closely with key partners, Elanco Animal Health, and will sit in the group’s EviVet range.

Paul Cowling, IVC Evidensia UK CEO said: “Supporting clinical choices with improved commercials such as these helps enable us to continue to invest in undertakings such as our care fund so we can be true to our vision of building the world’s best, clinically-led veterinary group with animal welfare at the heart of what we do.”

EviVet builds on the success of previous exclusive IVC Evidensia brand products such as VetPro, Nature’s Range and VetSoothe, ensuring a protected supply chain for IVC Evidensia practices with dedicated stock. Exclusive brands also promote closer management of cases for the client as medicines are purchased through the practice.

“Clinically led practice is the foundation on which IVC Evidensia has been built. We will continue to focus on bringing our dedicated brands into the EviVet portfolio, in partnership with suppliers. The aim is to deliver a tailored support package, promoting clinical excellence, practice trust and product credibility,” says Paul.

MilbeVet Chewy tablets for dogs and MilbeVet Tasty tablets for cats reflect the Milbemax licence and SPC and, as such, the parasite coverage, duration and efficacy are identical.

Additional POM-V products are already in the pipeline and will be added to the IVC Evidensia EviVet portfolio at phased intervals, over the next one to three years. The product categories include practice/patient critical products to secure a dedicated supply chain.

“I am delighted that we are able to support our practices and their clinical choice while enabling them to continue giving the best care possible to the animals in their care,” continued Paul.
