James Osborne is a partner in the family law team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys. His main areas of focus and expertise include divorce, financial remedies, cohabitation/separation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, Children Act applications and domestic violence issues. James has significant advocacy, often representing clients throughout court proceedings.
