Echo-guided lumbosacral epidural block

We are going to perform lumbosacral block. Epidural anesthesia is usually performed in the lumbosacral region in dogs. (The blockade area is limited to the region caudal to the umbilical scar since it provides only lumbosacral plexus anesthesia; L3 to S1.)
