Charlotte Morris

Charlotte Morris is a senior solicitor at ESP Law. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and has experience in handling a varied and complex caseload, with a focus on the retail and hospitality, transport and logistics and manufacturing sectors. Charlotte advises clients on a whole range of employment issues such as Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE), tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies and restructures, policy drafting and everything in between.
