Andrea Clarkson

Andrea Clarkson, PhD, is a researcher and lecturer in animal and veterinary science, specialising in trace element nutrition, with over 15 years’ experience in the field. She has expertise working hands-on with a huge range of species, large and small, from all taxonomic groups. Over the years, she has taught at every level, from Level 1 through to BSc (Hons), as well as providing consultancy services and CPD for veterinary professionals under her company Clarkson Consultancy. Recently, she has begun to work on-farm and with veterinary practitioners to provide bespoke mineral auditing services, collaborating closely with her esteemed colleague Peter Bone as part of Livestock & Grassland Mineral Consultancy.
