A message to our learning community After much consideration, we’ve made the decision to close the Improve Veterinary Practice platform on 13 January 2026. Improve Veterinary Practice was built to support vets and nurses at every stage of their career, and while this chapter is ending, a new one is starting at Improve Veterinary Education. Abi Clarke

Abi Clarke is due to graduate from the University of Bristol with a degree in veterinary medicine in August 2023. She is due to start at the PDSA shortly after to build her clinical experience. She intercalated in a bachelor’s degree at Kings College London in 2020, studying neuroscience, and has a special interest in neurology, hoping to further this passion in her future career.
