Ruth Sheret is an expert regulatory defence solicitor and is part of the health and social care team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Solicitors. She advises clients on the regulatory aspects of the acquisition and disposal of businesses and represents clients who are under investigation and pursued by their regulatory body, the Health and Safety Executive or other state entities.
