Maureen Geraghty Sathi
Primary Care Director at Linnaeus
After working as a veterinary surgeon, Maureen Geraghty Sathi moved into an operational role as a business development manager and practice manager at Maven Vets, a Linnaeus-owned primary care practice in Surrey. This hybrid role enabled Maureen to focus on clinical leadership while still spending time treating patients.
In 2019, Maureen was appointed as a field medical director at Linnaeus – a then new role that involved supporting clinical leadership in primary care. She has since become Linnaeus’s primary care director for Scotland, acting as a coach and mentor for clinical directors to help their teams offer excellence in clinical care. She completed a research MSc in psychology with a specialisation in business in 2021.
