Improve Veterinary Practice was built to support vets and nurses at every stage of their career, and while this chapter is ending, a new one is starting at Improve Veterinary Education. The company’s mission is to become the leading independent veterinary supplier. To succeed in our mission, we have become a front-runner in the industry to achieve international standards for Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015).

Sustainability is a crucial focus for the organisation, and in 2019 J.A.K Marketing launched “Think Green”, an initiative to demonstrate our commitment to protecting and preserving the world’s ecosystem. We conduct our productivity and operations responsibly and sustainably by actively working with manufacturers and couriers with aligned interests and goals in reducing CO2 emissions and becoming more sustainable.
