Virginie Gaillard
Dr Virginie Gaillard obtained her pharmacy degree in 2004 and then completed a PhD in cardiovascular pharmacology at Lyon University in France. After 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, leading pre-clinical research projects in multiple therapeutic areas, she joined Royal Canin in 2019. As part of Royal Canin’s global research and development team, Virginie leads the research programme dedicated to reproduction, birth and growth. Currently, she is investigating ways to tap into the wealth of knowledge obtained by those breaking new ground in the world of newborn and puppy health, looking to bring new answers to tackle pets’ unmet needs.
