Sam Payne

Sam Payne is the National Head of Rating and Investment Information at Harrison Clarke Rickerbys. He acts for lenders, companies, directors and insolvency practitioners (administrators and liquidators), trying to ensure the survival of businesses by keeping job losses to a minimum and ensuring creditors get as much money back as possible. As a member of the Institute for Turnaround (IFT), Sam upholds its principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, due skill and courtesy.
