Olly King, BSc(hons), BVMS, CertAVP(EP), is founder of The Meraki Initiative – a veterinary professional community platform that raises cultural awareness and inspires leadership to help build great workplaces. Meraki offers employers a recruitment marketing service so that employers can engage talent and take charge of their recruitment. Olly works part-time in small animal practice and is training to be an executive coach.
