The Webinar Vet has launched a new practice management tool that allows employers to manage its practice’s CPD all in one place. Using the tool, employers can add and remove staff in their own time, apply paid membership subscriptions, view when members last logged in, how many hours of CPD they have achieved and even what each individual has watched.
All data presented within the practice management tool is live. You can also pull full or partial reports for your own records. This can then be shared with the team to look at areas of improvement or to report the team’s CPD to the RCVS or similar regulatory body to meet practice standards.
The Practice Management Tool is available now, for free, to existing Webinar Vet Practice Members and will be rolled out to everyone later in 2021. A free demo can be booked online.
Speaking on the launch of the new practice management tool, Anthony Chadwick, founder of the Alpha Vet Group and The Webinar Vet commented: “As an owner or practice manager, it’s so important to have visibility on what your team are doing training-wise. Some may not like online training, which is fine, but you then need to look closely at what they are doing to make sure that they are committed to offering a great service to the animals under their care.
“If the vets and nurses are watching webinars with The Webinar Vet everything will be tracked and this can be a great time saver for the practice manager when they have to do practice standards. It also will help them spot a vet or nurse who is doing no training and allow them to support that person much quicker than before.”
