Avacta Animal Health launched on 1 March a new streamlined allergy testing portfolio: Avacta Allergy +.
The new Avacta Allergy+ portfolio offers veterinary practices across the UK enhanced testing options alongside the continued exceptional support and service which Avacta is well known for.
What’s new?
- Simplified allergy testing options with improved performance including CCD blockers.
- A new visual test results format to make clinical interpretation easier.
- Smaller sample submission boxes and a streamlined submission form, which is quicker and simpler to complete.
- Faster standard turnaround times for samples of 2 – 4 working days.
Existing Avacta Animal Health customers will be receiving a special launch pack in the post this week to introduce the new portfolio. The mail pack includes a box of Yorkshire teabags (as Avacta Animal Health is Yorkshire born and bred!, based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire) and a pack of chocolate biscuits, to entice practice staff to sit down, take a well-earned tea break and browse through the extensive new range of support materials.
To encourage the reuse of the old Avacta submission boxes, Avacta Animal Health are also running a fun competition where practices can “Win a £100 Amazon gift voucher” if they come up with the most practical and imaginative reuse idea. Full details can be found at the news section of the website.
The new Avacta Allergy+ testing portfolio is available from 1 March 2021. For more information visit the website.
