A researcher from Colorado State University and independent UK-based researchers are calling all UK veterinary nurses who work in small animal or companion animal private practice to participate in a survey. Researchers are interested in getting VNs perceptions of pet owners’ use of the internet for pet health information. When discussing the survey, the research team said, “little research has been done on this topic and therefore we would like to investigate this area in more detail. We feel that more research would help inform veterinary professionals and guide the development of guidelines for pet owners who wish to find more information on the internet.”
The survey will take ten minutes to complete and can be accessed here. Participation is voluntary and confidential. Responses will be anonymised.
